As far as Kramer was concerned, the black people heckling him were not even entitled to speak his name. How dare these people who were so far beneath him, look him in the eye and tell him he wasn't funny. It's as if the black hecklers in that comedy club were standing in a grocery store in Money, Mississippi and whistled at a white woman.
Kramer said to them "if it were 50 years ago, you'd be hanging from a tree with a fork up your ass." That statement is from his core. That's Bull Connor racist.
Now he's running around apologizing - to Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson - I don't remember voting them as my proxy. I won't him to apologize in a room alone, to Suge Knight.
And what's he apologizing for? He meant what he said and he said what he meant. We know he's only apologizing because there is some deal in jeapardy, some new sitcom he was working on has now been cancelled.
He just blew his chance to be on next seasons "Dancing with the Stars."
And what timing. He revealed himself just as Jerry Seinfeld was out promoting the release of the 7th season of Seinfeld on DVD. I'll bet those DVD's are flying off the shelves in Mississippi.
It's a sad day when a rich, white celebrity can't get a break.

I feel the same way, cannot even check and see when Seinfeld is coming on anymore. He did not learn or develop this mindset over night, he is a well oiled racist, well at least you gotta say he can act, because as funny as his character was you would have never guessed he had such deep bigotry in him. However cannot recall any episodes where Kramer was hanging in Harlem. PEACE
for some reason i am not upset. i am not surprised nor angry. it could be because a week before kramer had his racist meltdown i sat thru the film borat. for 2/3 of the movie i sat with my mouth hanging open in disbelief. i hope i am not de-sensitzed but i have notice i am not angry, not surprised and not moved to act or re-act. hmmmm, i have some thinking to do.
Never liked what I saw Seinfeld, never saw one complete episode, that type of humor was insulting as most media sitcoms. So what if he is a racist, he was never anyone important only becoming more important now than when on the show. How could his behavior be surprising when cops kill black and brown folks, NY mob kill black men who enter into their neighborhoods or a white man can pull out a gun shooting three black men in the back. NY was a lynching city like the south if recall is correct and the racism is so thick there, who can breath? Across this country cleansing of brown, but mostly blacks is acceptable and we live our lives normal until our family member becomes a victim. When you take into account the cleansing of black and brown people around this world, how can any one be alarmed by this individuals comments of how he truly feels and his resentments. WE need to wake up, turn off the tube, get involved in what is happening in this world. The slaughter of millions while we shop to we drop in a very unfriendly world environment towards our very existence on this earth. Your ranting cousin, cj.
